I’ll be frank with you again…
In post “X reasons why the “I” is holding you back” you’ve found the first four reasons why the “I” is holding you back.
And no, again, it’s not about you. It’s not your fault. There are other “I’s” involved here. Those are “I’s” that stick around your “I”.
Within each of those I’s there might be a hindrance, an obstacle in between you and your performance. So to speak, you have to put another “eye” on them to overcome that hindrance.
And when you consider all “I’s” using all “eyes” you may recognize a similarity amongst all of them. It’s that similarity that makes the common obstacle to success in current times and may have a big draw on you professionally as well as personally.
Can you discover that obstacle amongst all “I’s”?
In previous post I started to be less cryptic by presenting you the first four. They were:
Return back to this post for these revelations.
Now continue with…
What have I done?
I’ve solved yesterday’s problem! What about today’s problem?
It used to be so easy. Have an idea. Consider all implications. Decide on best options. Realize the idea. Benefit from it. But, ideas last as long as there is opportunity to benefit from them.
This process based preconception runs out of time. Nowadays, opportunities pass by too quickly.
Value withdraws too fast from them.
May I imagine, there doesn’t have to be a time-lag at all for creating solutions for opportunities?
May I imagine, to step beyond preconceived value creation?
Is there a key to Instant Value Creation?
Help! Out of service!
It’s plain obvious. Systems need maintenance. You do not repair a bike while cycling on it are you? It was so explainable for my clients when I had put my systems out of operations for maintenance. My clients had patience.
Tell me, how can I repair a bike while my client is cycling? How can I keep in service while my system is out of service?
Can you come up with a key for that?
It’s mine! Stay away from there!
It was once so simple. I could identify people who owned our business systems so that I could held them responsible for operating them. Where are they now?
Not my people. Where are my business systems? They are installed ‘in the cloud’! I share them with others! There is ownership no longer, and ‘sharership’ is not arranged for. Heck, that word is even not existing.
What key makes ‘sharership’ possible?
I beat around the bush! I do not take matters seriously!
We’d peace and harmony. We’d convention. We did things like done before. Where are those times?
Ok, there was superficiality, some inefficiencies and other ‘inconveniences’, but we proceeded, we survived and even more than that. We’d good life.
But now. Again and again, each time I have to descend to the basics of our business and ascend from those basics, bottom up, and reconfigure our services to adapt them to changes in market, technology and culture. It’s intense and tiring to reveal over and over a quintessence of a service and fulfill on it.
Isn’t there a method, some kind of key to do that easier and quicker?
So far now…
So far this list in this post. In next post we continue with:
Consider the list in previous post and this post. So far, have you found the commonality amongst them?
Surely you’ve found again…
I’ve addressed a key.
Have you discovered what this key is?
Remember, I am working on a webinar, which becomes public soon. It’s called:
“Your Pivot to Progress. Reveal the Sole Sassy Secret Key to… (surprise)”
And yet, I’m still not revealing the whole title, however I am revealing more of it than I did last time. It’s confirmed, within this webinar the key plays a major role.
Anticipate for this key.
Meanwhile, the list is not complete yet.
See next post, to overcome more hurdles.
So there you have it… the four more of twelve reasons why the “I” is holding you back.
Which impacts you the most? Let me know in the comments section below…
