What is the third pillar of the paradigm-shifting initiative we develop?
Instead of focusing on trivial insights which are linear, evidently clear, mostly kept implicit and unassailable, we have to go to core essentials. Therefore, the third pillar about what we need to be able to do in the New Change Era, is:
The about page on Smart Insights on the Polliance website states:
Smart Insights are insights where we explicitly make use of polarities.
The site also gives a good introductory example in the form of a thought experiment about a cup and a table. Smart Insights can be as simple as given in the thought experiment, involving only one polarity or far more complex involving many polarities in different manifestations.
Smart Insights are about the approach we adopt. Discovering about Real Change and learning about Polarism – the two other pillars of our initiative – is comprehensive. What we need in our approach is a single idea that we repeatedly can align on to gradually and steadily digest all there is to understand. We eat the big cake in small bites. Why insight acquisition? Two reasons.

In relation to Real Change, insight acquisition is a Real Change process. By exploring one Real Change process we have a good showcase to explore many of them more.
In relation to Polarism, insight acquisition is the only process to fundamentally learn about how polarities work. This claim is a conclusion from a long-standing research you’ll discover more about, when you join our initiative.

With Smart Insights we have a core means to build a community around. We harvest, develop, discuss and publish them. We use them for purposes of education and collaboration. In short, we co-create them. We develop the community since we want to follow up on the principle: “contribute small, gain all”. With small investments in time, effort and money of each of us, we gain access to the accumulated insights of all.

With Smart Insights we build on the knowledge base of concepts, models, methods and tools, aspect by aspect. We publish this knowledge base in knowledge products and services, like trainings, courses, reports, infographics and more. We make these available on our online platform, ready to digest by any participant where and when he needs it.
With Smart Insights we travel our personal journeys of gradually and steadily digesting the comprehensive knowledge base of Real Change and Polarism. Smart Insight by Smart Insight.
Conclusively, with Smart Insights we integrate on both the contents we are about to discover (Real Change, Polarism) and the form in which we want to discover it (community, expanding knowledge base, journey).
Therefore, our initiative to enhance the practices for the development and change of people, businesses, systems and organizations, builds on the pillar of Smart Insights.
