We are blessed with improvements in all areas of our life like: housing, transport, traveling, healthcare, education, but are we happier with issues like: the depletion of natural resources, pollution, climate change, the skewed income distribution, terrorism, the refugee crises?
The change we impose locally has its effects globally. How comes?
This is because our practices of developing and changing people, businesses, systems and organizations are limping, incomplete, biased and bombastic.
✓ Change ambitions used to be modest. They were manageable. They were kept small, simple, static, uniform, short of duration and isolated in their contexts. However current times ask from us to manage opposite kinds of change ambitions too. They are sizable, complex, dynamic, varied, long in duration and interdependent in their contexts. Our current practices are limping! They stand on one leg. We need to have them stand and even walk on both legs.
✓ Our current practices cannot handle phenomena like transitions, disruptions, rebalances, cascades, ripples and other kinds of organismic change. This while people, businesses, systems and organizations are continuously more subject to them. Our current practices are incomplete!

This while change itself can be continuous too. Change can sustain itself, even without planning, designing and budgeting. Organisms do this all the time! Our current practices are biased!

Our current practice makes we are imposing change onto the world. We can do that no longer, at least not on the scales we are used to. We must harmonize with change already existing within the world and within nature.

- To be able to manage any kind of change challenge, small and big, simple and complex, static and dynamic, uniform and varied, fast and slow, isolated and interdependent. So, we are limping no longer.
- To harvest on ideas, concepts and theories for understanding change phenomena like transitions, disruptions, rebalances, cascades, ripples. So, we are finally complete.
- Innovative methods, tools and practices to create and instigate change phenomena, even without extensive planning, designing and budgeting. So, we can practice unbiased.
- Objective and collective substantiation of our theories and practices. So, we can practice genuine.
We need this now since analysis shows, we are in the midst of a transition. Our society, and all industries, sectors, organizations and businesses within, is in transition. A transition towards the New Change Era. This transition causes that existing practices of developing and changing people, businesses, systems and organizations rapidly grow out of date. Professionally, we risk becoming out of business.
We want to be ahead of things. Therefore, our initiative.
